Disneyland
We had lots of fun at Disneyland with Papa and Grannie! Grannie hadn't visited Disneyland since 1977!
Transition to a big boy bed
Daddy went to get Ethan up and Ethan suprised us all by swinging his leg up and climbing out of his crib! Thank goodness we have a bed ordered, in the mean time we converted his crib to a toddler bed. He sleeps great at night and loves having the freedom to get in and out as he pleases. As you can see he did not sleep during nap time that first day...
Ethan's First Bike
Papa and Granny being the bike enthusiast they are, had to buy Ethan his first bike. Ethan had fun getting his helmet on, being pushed around and putting tools in the trunk of his new trike. Pedaling on his own may take some time.
Brandon's First Trip to Disneyland
Ethan had lots of fun showing little Brandon around Disneyland for the first time!
Our little Guppy
Ethan had a wonderful time this summer taking swim lessons. Last year there were 7 or 8 kids in his class; this year he was the only one so he had private lessons with two instructors! Ethan did wonderful and he loved the water. His favorite part seemed to be jumping of the side (by himself) and swimming underwater. Mommy and GG took turns with the little guy while the other was snuggling Brandon in the shade.
Auntie Kate, Uncle Tim and Cousin Ben
Auntie Kate, Uncle Tim and Cousin Ben came to visit on the same night Nana and Don Don left town. I'm not sure Brandon or Ethan know what it's like to be a family of four any more! We had lot's of fun playing outside, at the pool and destroying the house! We are so grateful Cousin Ben decided to visit us during his first trip to California! We miss you guys already and wish we lived closer!
